Where can I obtain a death certificate for Benjamin F. MAYHEW who diedn December 1909, in what I assume is Clark Co. Missouri because it was 2 miles south of the Des Moines River bridge?

I would like to make contact with anyone with information on the descendants of Richard Dabney PHILLIPS and his wife Mary Jane "Polly" (TERRELL) PHILLIPS. In 1833 this couple moved from Anderson County, KY. to Clark County, MO. Their known children were Lucy (wife of Jeremiah RILEY & William BARTLETT), Julia (wife of Frank MARTIN), Marilles (wife of John CUNDIFF) and James. I also think they had a daughter named Harriet wife of Ephraim WARNER, who was also in Clark Co.in 1850 and a son Richard Dabney PHILLIPS, JR. (my great-great-grandfather) who remained in KY. If anyone can tell me the location and date of their deaths, it would be appreciated.
